Uniform Options For Crew-Members

(A) Junior officers (Yeoman - Lieutenant); female

(B) Senior officers (Lt. Commander and up); female

(C) Standard male uniform

The Empire tolerates quite a wide range of personalisation, but uniforms must be recognisable, with clearly visible pips and department colour. Daggers and Type I personal phasers are standard issue, but other weapons are often carried, and freely available.

Male recruits can instead opt for a metallic fabric wrap-around vest/waistcoat as worn by Kirk in the classic Trek episode, which is mentioned as part of Mirror-Picard's wardrobe in "Dark Mirror". The main body of the garment is in a colour reflecting the wearer's department (remember that the example shown below is pre-NEXT GENERATION, therefore Command is signified by gold, rather than red).

Another acceptable addition to male uniform would be a jacket of the type worn by "mainstream" Picard in the later seasons of NEXT GENERATION. This would most likely be black leather, with easily distinguishable rank and department markings, and may be limited to higher-ranking crew.

If any existing recruits wish to update their Roster entries to reflect these new options, please contact me.
